The Blazers featuring Ruben Guaderrama

A brand new record from The
Blazers is on it’s way! Latin
Roots-Rock frontman extraordinaire Ruben Guaderrama, joined by Patrick Kahl,
have a whole slew of great new tunes worked up for everyone. Longtime Little Dog
staple Tony Rambo is at the helm producing with the legendary Pete Anderson
serving as executive producer and the result is a record that is sure to
continue The Blazers’ legacy as Southwestern American roots music pioneers
alongside Los Lobos and The Texas Tornadoes.

The release date isn’t set in stone yet, but make sure to

and keep an eye out for their upcoming nationwide tour!

Pete Anderson

Speaking of upcoming releases, Pete Anderson has a brand new blues record coming out. I’ll repeat that, Pete Anderson has a brand new
blues record coming out! What’s more, he plans on supporting it with a
nationwide tour!

The record is sizing up to be a landmark achievement, but
that’s about all I can tell you at this point.

Adam Hood

By now you all know that Adam Hood’s single “Different
Groove” is soaring up the Texas Music Chart and that it’s being played on radio
stations all over the country. If you
haven’t yet checked out the video make sure to jump over to the Little Dog
Records blog to take a look.

In other news, Adam has signed a publishing deal with
Carnival Music. Carnival has provided
hit songs for artists such as Miranda Lambert, The Dixie Chicks, Tim McGraw,
Reba McEntire, Sara Evans, and George
Strait – does this mean
that we’ll soon have these artists singing Adam Hood songs? I wouldn’t rule out the possibility!

Moot Davis

This just in - the ever mysterious Moot Davis has returned from his New Zealand excursion! What does the future hold next for our
favorite purveyor of hard edged honky-tonk? An African Safari? An expedition for the North Pole? Maybe even a
nationwide tour to promote Already Moved
On, an album that can surely be called one of the best country records of
the new millennium? Moot Davis is nothing if not an
enigma, so the best we can tell you is that you’ll know when we know!
