Multi-Platinum Grammy Award winning producer Pete Anderson and Little Dog Records has released one of the years most anticipated albums. Will Sing for Food - The Songs of Dwight Yoakam is a benefit album with proceeds earmarked for America's homeless....

"It's time to give back to the community," states Pete. "We've been very fortunate to live in such a supportive environment. When I came up with the idea of putting together a benefit album, Warner Publishing and Dwight Yoakam offered to donate the royalties to any songs we wanted to use. We then left it up to the performing artists to pick what songs they wanted to use. Of course, first we had to find the artists - artists, that is, who believe in what we are trying to do and want to help.

Little Dog Records would like to thank everyone who participated in the making of this CD – to date, "Will Sing for Food, the Songs of Dwight Yoakam" has raised almost $5000.00 for the Los Angeles Mission. Without your fine talents and your time, we never would have been able to accomplish this.

And to those of you who bought this CD – we applaud your unselfish spirits and support of a good cause (and your great taste in music!). Thank you so much for giving to those who are less fortunate, and for (hopefully) enjoying a new take on some of your favorite songs.

We look forward to sending more money to those in need, and we hope over the years this CD continues to give back to the community.
